Your hands contain over 30 acupuncture points connected to every major organ system through the meridian network. Six main meridians run through the hands: the Lung, Large Intestine, Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium, and Triple Burner channels. This makes the hands one of the most accessible and powerful areas for self-healing through acupressure.
The beauty of hand acupressure is that it can be done anywhere: at your desk, on a train, or while watching TV. No tools needed, just your own fingers.
